Brad A. Truini, Executive Director
Brad brought more than 15 years in the long-term care field, and ten as an administrator, to his position at Alden Court. He holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Northeastern University. Since joining Alden Court in 2004, the active father of two says, “This has really become a second home. The residents and the quality care they receive from our qualified staff are the most important aspects of the job to me.”

Helen Clarke, R.N., Director of Nursing
Helen joined the Alden Court team in early 2010. Helen has worked in the long term care field since 1994, including working as a team nurse and various nurse supervisory and management positions. Helen brings a very strong clinical background and has been a great addition to our Alden Court Team. The residents and staff are very happy she has joined Alden Court.

Paula Rutch, Assistant Director of Nursing
Paula Rutch, RN joins the management team with many years of long term care experience. She started her career as a Certified Nurses Aide, which she pursued for 10 years prior to intiating her dregree as an R.N. She received her nursing degree from Cape Cod Community College in 1999. She has experience in pre-hospital emergency care as an E.M.T but her heart remains in long term care.

Lisa Beaudoin, Business Office Manager
Lisa has been employed by Alden Court since the facility opened in 1989. Lisa\'s dedication to Alden Court has ensured the financial integrity of the building.

Sharon Jensen, Concierge/Director of Admissions
Sharon has been with Alden Court for almost nine years and has worked in health care for almost nine years. She is a Certified Recreation Director, Remotivation Therapist and is also Certified by the Alzheimer’s Association as an Alzheimer\'s Education Specialist. A graduate of UMass Dartmouth, she has a B.A. degree in English with a concentration in Journalism and Communication. Sharon also is a professional singer and a vocal coach. She is actively involved with her volunteer-based program\" Voices in Time\" which performs throughout New England and is sponsored by Alden Court.

Stephanie Cooper, O.T.R./L, Director of Rehabilitation Services
Stephanie has been a registered occupational therapist for 20 years, receiving a B.S. in O.T. from Worcester State College. Stephanie brings successful rehab management skills to the table and works very closely with the interdisciplanary team to produce the best outcomes for all patients with the goal of returning to their prior living situation.

Kathy MacDonald, Admissions Liasion
Kathy brings a varied background to her position, which she has held at Alden Court for four years. She was a banker and marketing analyst before coming to the health care admissions field 14 years ago. “It’s nice to feel that I am helping to make what can be a very trying and difficult time for families a little easier,” she says.

Sharon Martin, M.S.W., L.S.W., Social Worker, Huttleston Unit
Sharon earned a B.S. degree in Social Work from Anna Maria College, and an M.S.W. degree from Boston University. She is a licensed social worker and a certified Alzheimer’s Caregiver Trainer. Prior to arriving at Alden Court, she worked in long-term care, and in acute care at Charlton Memorial Hospital.

Irene Shubitowski,RN, BSN,MBS,LN Director of PPS
Irene has been a nurse for over 30 years. She has worked at Alden Court since inception. Irene\'s current duties are to case manage the patient\'s stay and direct patient progress thru discharge.

Cheryl Foisy, Director of Recreation
Cheryl has been employed by Alden Court for the past nine years as the Assistant Director of Recreation. She is well versed in providing a therapeutic activity program to meet the needs of all our residents in our facility setting.

Mark Blanchard, L.S.W., L.M.H.C., Social Worker, Cook and Whitfield Units
Mark has been educated at Bridgewater State College and Assumption College, and has experience working in the prison system, mental health field, and with traumatic head injury patients. He has been with Alden Court for seven years.

Nancy Ferreira, Director of Housekeeping
Nancy has been with Alden court since 1996 as the Director of Housekeping and Laundry Services. Nancy\'s staff does a wonderful job daily in maintaing the cleanliness of Alden Court.

Dana DiBiasio, Food Services Supervisor
Dana credits his father, who is a great cook, to his love of food and cooking. He brings training at the Culinary Institute of America to his position, and he is a certified food service supervisor. Dana has been with Alden Court for 18 years, previously working for hotel chains and area restaurants.

Joe Oliveira, Director of Maintenance
Joe has been at Alden Court for six years. He has worked as a plumber and plant operations director in the commercial building and residential fields as well.
